Our Leaders

Allen and Monetia are both graduates of the University of Alabama and have planted their marketplace and ministry roots deep in the trenches of Atlanta, Georgia. Allen is a native of Atlanta and Monetia has been in Atlanta since 2003.

The couple began sowing into Atlanta's inner city serving as educators in the Atlanta Public Schools district for nearly fifteen years! The couple also had brief stints with the DeKalb County School District. Allen served as Next Gen Pastor at two local mega churches in Atlanta. Allen and Monetia also serve Atlanta through para-church ministries and educational non-profits. Allen is an author, professor, and consultant for ministries within urban contexts. Monetia also serves as an advocate for parents of students with special needs. It is this array of ministry and marketplace experience that has prepared them both for the role of church planters in Atlanta. The two married 18 years ago and have one son, Kendall. They are ready to serve Atlanta!
